Clare College contains 40 postgraduate student rooms, arranged in two linear buildings the draw upon the existing urban characteristics in and around the site. The design strategy follows a progression from street, to lane, to garden, with masses breaking down and outdoor spaces becoming more private the further you proceed into the development.
