Harrow Design Review

We are pleased to announce that Richard Cottrell has been appointed as co-chair of the Harrow Design Review Panel.

Consisting of 50 experts from architecture, planning, engineering and development, the panel will meet each month to examine all significant schemes put forward in Harrow borough, both before and after they apply for planning permission.
