Joe joined Cottrell & Vermeulen in 2022.

Joe studied for his RIBA Part I at Central Saint Martins (University of Arts London) where he received a 2:1.

Since joining the practice, Joe has worked on new housing for Southwark Homes, a new school library in Southwark, a new school in Northfleet Kent, and a new house in Kenya.
