Lyndhurst Primary School involved the partial refurbishment of existing primary school buildings and the creation of a contemporary addition to allow for the school’s expansion, using the new building to unite the disarrayed layout of the existing school. Dynamic elevations of the new building come as a result of the natural ventilation strategy, providing the classrooms with high levels of fresh air and subsequently increasing comfort levels throughout. .
