North West Cambridge is the largest single capital development that the University of Cambridge has undertaken. Working alongside Sarah Wigglesworth Architects and AOC Architects as lead consultants on phase 1 of the £1 billion multi phased project, we have designed 70 family homes that are due to complete in summer 2016. Ensuring the long term growth needs of the university are met, the sustainable development combines residential housing, academic and research facilities, local centre and public amenities, as well as infrastructure and open green space.
