Working with NEAT Design, we developed four proposals for this important brownfield site, aiming to bring life back to the area through a sustainable provision of employment, infrastructure and services. Each proposal defines boundaries for the development, including the uses permissible for the site and the required balance between landscape restoration and development. The final masterplan will inform all future proposals for the site and form the basis for ongoing planning policy.
